一体化净（jìng）水装（zhuāng）置和城市供水厂的净化流程一（yī）样（yàng）。它有：混凝池、沉（chén）淀池、过（guò）滤池、水（shuǐ）质稳定装置、反冲洗装置、水泵及电气控制（zhì）柜。现分别介绍如下：

       1、混凝（níng）池（chí）：投加混凝剂的（de）原水由进水管（guǎn）进入（rù）混凝池内，用（yòng）特（tè）制的搅拌机搅动（dòng），使（shǐ）水中的（de）悬浮物（wù）和混（hún）凝剂充（chōng）分接触（chù）反应形成矾（fán）花。

       2、沉（chén）淀室：水经加（jiā）混凝剂混凝后形成矾花，流（liú）到（dào）设（shè）备的沉淀池内进行（háng）沉淀（diàn），沉淀池采用斜管沉淀法，经（jīng）过（guò）梯形斜板（bǎn）沉淀室沉淀完（wán）成固液分离，沉（chén）淀下来的污泥排（pái）入泥斗（dòu）。

       3、过（guò）滤池（chí）：经沉淀后的水流到过（guò）滤池过滤，滤池结构：底部为布水管，中部为（wéi）石英砂，上部为无烟煤。过滤速度为10m/h，最后清水流到清水池内消毒处理（lǐ）后饮用。过滤池反冲周期为12小时左（zuǒ）右（yòu），反冲时间为5-10分（fèn）钟。

一体化净水器适用于（yú）江、河（hé）、湖（hú）、水库等以地表水为水源的给水工程（chéng）的水质净水，中水回用（yòng）、及煤（méi）矿尾（wěi）矿水、洗煤水（shuǐ）、浴池、游泳池（chí）、洗车场（chǎng）、造纸、印染、电镀和其它工业废水的水质净化。
